1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS, in French "CGV") apply to all sales concluded through the website of With Care, a sole proprietorship (French "autoentreprise") registered under SIRET number 88381584700015, whose registered office is located at 5 rue Jean Prouvé, 95200 Sarcelles, France.

The intra-EU VAT number is not applicable due to the micro-entrepreneur (autoentrepreneur) status.

These GTCS are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered by With Care.

2. Products or Services Offered

With Care offers a range of body care products including scented body mists, body lotions, body butters, scented body oils and body scrubs. Each product is carefully formulated with natural ingredients that respect the skin and the environment.

Availability

Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email and will have the option to cancel or modify their order.

3. Prices

Currency:

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping method selected and are clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

Price Changes:

With Care reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Ordering Process:

Orders are placed directly on the With Care website. The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart. After confirming the cart, the customer is asked to provide their contact details and choose a payment method. Once payment has been made, the order is confirmed by email.

Order Confirmation:

The customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order details and the total amount paid.

5. Payment

Accepted Payment Methods:

Payments can be made by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or via PayPal.

Payment Security:

Transactions are secured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to ensure the confidentiality of the data transmitted.

6. Delivery

Delivery Areas:

Products are delivered in metropolitan France and internationally, according to the terms specified at the time of ordering.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected, but are generally between 2 and 10 business days.

Carriers:

With Care works with reliable carriers to ensure delivery under the best possible conditions.

Delivery Issues:

In the event of a delivery delay or lost parcel, the customer is invited to contact customer service to resolve the issue. With Care undertakes to find a prompt solution, such as sending a new product or refunding the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period:

In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.

Return Procedure:

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, together with the withdrawal form. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. To request a return, please contact us beforehand at contact@withcare.fr

Refund:

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as that used for the order.

8. Warranty

Legal Warranty:

All products sold by With Care benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (Code civil).

Commercial Warranty:

With Care also offers a commercial satisfaction guarantee on certain products. Specific details are provided on the relevant product page.

9. Liability

With Care cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products or failure to follow the instructions for use provided. Furthermore, With Care cannot be held liable for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of products.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the With Care website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

With Care collects and processes its customers' personal data in accordance with the legislation in force. The information collected is necessary for order management and for improving our services.

Customer Rights:

The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data. They may exercise this right by contacting With Care customer service.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris. These GTCS are governed by French law.

With Care reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. Changes will apply as soon as they are published on the website.
